HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., yesterday announced the acquisition of Caliendo Savio Enterprises Inc. (CSE), a promotional products distributor based in New Berlin, Wis.
“CSE has developed considerable expertise in executing corporate fulfillment and uniform program solutions for a blue-chip roster of major corporations,” said HALO CEO Marc Simon. “We congratulate [CSE founder and president] Tom Savio on building a tremendous business, and we appreciate his trust in our stewardship. Our goal is to leverage the best practices of both HALO and CSE for the benefit of the valued clients of both organizations.”

CSE will continue to maintain its offices in New Berlin, and CSE will go to market as CSE Powered by HALO.
This comes almost exactly two months after HALO acquired American Pacific Promotions.
